The HIIT Squad is known for taking your training to the next level. Whether it be working towards a specific goal or event, improving overall fitness, or feeling more confident within yourself, then this challenge is for you.
You will be guided and pushed to see your full fitness potential in an encouraging and supportive environment. This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Spaces are limited so what are you waiting for?
*Testing Dates are Saturday February 15th and Saturday March 29th. However, if you cannot make these dates we can organise another time to suit.
